Tilly was the name given to British Small Staff Cars coming from the word "Utility". TheseTilly vehicles were produced in large numbers for British and Allied forces during WWIIfrom civilian car designs. They were severely underpowered, but served with distinctionand stayed in production throughout WWII and could be seen on every front. This BritishStaff Car was powered by a four cylinder 22-kW engine derived from a 10 HP commercialsaloon.
