Yes, this should fit fine - you may however wish to use offset wheels ot bring the width up to fill the arches.
Yes aslong as you drill th eholes in the correct place , you may have to buy wider offset wheels to allow for the extra width on shell.
Your TT-02 is likely a 190mm chassis. So it would fit with wide offset wheels.
