I HAVE THE SAVAGE X I WOULD LIKE TO ASK IF THE 3RD SPEED IS THE REVERSE SPEED AND THE REVERSE SPEED WORKS WITH THE FACTORY TRANSMITTER.
Asked by Petridis Sakis on 11th January 2017

The 3 speed does not include the reverse module - that's a separate component.

The 3 speed will work regardless of your transmitter.

Do you have or able to get hold of a savage 25 2 speed transmission?? Thanks
Asked by Curtis on 12th March 2017

HPI don't sell the 2 speed as a complete unit, however you could look at buying the indiviual components from one of the older 2 speed savages separately.

However, you may well find it cheaper overall (and certainly easier) to upgrade to the 3 speed gearbox.
