This is a replacement XRAY 2.0mm Graphite Upper Deck, and is intended for use with the XRAY T3 2011 Spec Touring Car. This upper deck has been CNC machined from premium-grade 2.0mm thick graphite material, and has been designed to fit the T3 2011 Spec LiPo chassis design with the dual steering system. The shape of the top deck has been specifically designed to achieve maximum steering, traction, and cornering speed. This top deck features XRAY Multi-Flex Technology adjustment positions, and allows the use of an optional belt tensioner that can be mounted to the top deck.
The elongated 1-piece top deck mount is a unique design in itself, using new composite middle-shaft bearing holders to allow the top deck mount to be mounted independently from the central bulkheads. This helps to separate the flex points between the front and rear bulkheads, resulting in increased traction. The aluminum stands can also be used at the rear of the car.
Knowing that every small detail impacts the handling and performance of a high-performance car, all XRAY graphite parts are custom-manufactured carbon graphite, produced according to XRAY’s own recipe and specifications. They are CNC-machined in-house using state-of-the-art, fully automatic German CNC-milling machines to ensure the tightest tolerances and highest manufacturing quality. These are robotically operated and controlled to ensure that every piece meets the tightest manufacturing tolerances.
