This is a optional XRAY Aluminum Rear Lower Suspension Adjustable Bulkhead, and is intended for use with the XRAY T2 009. This CNC-machined rear lower suspension bulkhead is made from premium Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum. The left and right sides are identical, and two are required to complete the conversion. The all-new ultra-lightweight bulkheads have been completely redesigned for the T2’009 and are a work of engineering art, where luxury meets simplicity and practicality.
Designed to provide a high-strength and rigid anchoring point for suspension and transmission components, the bulkheads have been strategically machined to provide the lightest yet strongest possible skeletal framework for the car, and thanks to the ultra-low platform it was possible to create the lowest, smallest, and lightest bulkheads ever.
The rear bulkheads feature a split design, allowing the rear suspension to be mounted to separate bulkheads, while the center layshaft sits on its own, bulkheads which are positioned even closer to the center of the chassis. The split design of the bulkheads also enables easy access to front and rear differentials and middle layshaft making diff and spur gear adjustments quick and easy. The rear bulkheads also feature machined grooves for diff eccentric hubs.
