Yes, it comes with a Tamiya connector (not a Mini Tamiya however).

On 12v what is the rough charge time of a lipo battery?

That would depend on your charge rate but at 1C it would be around 50 minutes.

Yes, if you used a paraboard or similar custom lead. However, for ease we'd recommend charging one at a time.
