The Desert Rat body is made for that 25lb plus buggy in mind. It boasts a whopping .080 lexan material. For additional support, an added piece of lexan is included to beef up the rear mounting location of the body to .160. That’s over 1/8” thick of lexan material!
To mount up the Desert Rat, a front and rear body mounting system is included with each body. The new Desert Rat body is simple to mount with the use of the included body clips.
Worried about cutting that thick lexan? Don’t be. Pro-Line is offering their first ever pre-cut body so you don’t have to worry about getting arm pump. Simply paint, add mounting holes, and you’re ready to rock-n-roll.
