The 2.8" Talon integrates a soft rubber compound, large foam inserts, and a go-anywhere design that allows it to excel on asphalt as well as rocks, grass, dirt, or any other surface. The tapered tread design where the treads meet the sidewall enables the tire to slide on asphalt, to help avoid unwanted traction rolls.
