Hi will this newer hobao hyper sst body shell fit my nitro 1/8th hyper st truggy

It's not officially listed, however with some minor trimming you should find it will probably fit.

Is this already cut for the nitro engine or does it require cutting?

Just checked one in stock - the body is pre cut, but not for an engine hole.
