Are the tyres rubber

Yes these are rubber tyres.

Hi, I assume that these are 0mm offset? Can you tell me the compound of the rubber? Again, assuming 32 or above. I'm looking for some 28s.

Yes, zero offset.

These are cheap and cheerful tyre sets - only race tyres have a specific compound 28, 32 etc.
