No this is DC ,you would need to buy a power supply to use at 240v or a different charger like this

You would need a power supply, I'd buy the RC6-VCR charger instead.

Not sure I understand your query? These will take a 12v input - eg say from a 240v to 12v power supply ,or a 12v source (eg a car battery)

Max charge rate is 6A, so it would charge most packs in around 1 hour / just under
