I'm not 100% familiar with that model sorry...
These are a universal set, designed to suit aircraft approx 6.5 - 9.0kg, so you will need to make your own decision as to suitability

Can the oleo leg on retract[4406360]be cut to 135mm.

Are these twist and turn retracts suitable for a 33cc p40

Hard for us to say for sure - but they are designed for models between 6.5 - 9kg
