Be careful which version you choose. This is the later COPS version without a handle. If you have the original type you might want H21025 instead

Yes, this will fit if your engine uses the COPS system.

If it's the older type then it's H21025 you need

The cops system is Hobao new starting system that no longer uses a one way bearing
