Do you have any idea if this would fit or would closely fit onto a Thunder Tiger TS4N Nitro RC drift car?

This is 190mm wide, your nitro car will be 200mm wide so it would fit but the wheels would poke out of each side of the bodyshell.

Yes it will fit however you will need different offset wheels as the original body is 200mm.
