Hi, is this unit pre bound? Or does it need binding to its receiver? And is the receiver o.k. for use in a fast electric boat(waterproof)? Thanks

These are usually supplied pre-bound, however if not - it's a 10 second process.

The receiver is not waterproof. Most boats include some kind of water resistant box for the receiver.

what servo would you recommend for my schumacher pro cat with this Code 2.4G FHSS Steerwheel Radio Set

Any servo will work with these, so it's more of a case what would you like in that car.  Something like SAV-SC1251MG would be ideal.

Can you bind multiple receivers to this transmitter?

Yes, but only one at a time... It does not have model memory as it's a basic set.
