What's the pros and cons on this motor and what is better on this motor then the busted one that comes standard

This brushless motor (when used with FTX7323 brushless ESC) will provide much faster speeds and longer runtimes than the stock brushed setup. It will also offer lower maintenance.

with this and the esc could you run a Lipo ?? if so what ??

Yes, if used with the FTX7323 ESC then you can run a 2S LiPo.
