Tamiya is delighted to announce the release of this updated version of the most requested back-catalogue classic, the Monster Beetle!
The original Monster Beetle #58060 was released back in 1986. After a long absence it is back as an updated assembly kit ready to traverse back yards across the country.
The model features a stylized version of the timeless Volkswagen Beetle body, mounted on an all-action 2WD chassis fitted with big tires for rough-and-tumble off-road fun.
This updated version promises to be great fun for both beginners and Tamiya R/C kit veterans alike!
This item is over £100, so qualifies for free standard UK shipping!

This is a great kit if you like to build your own, lovely quality and everything went together well but you do have to stick to the order of assembly in the excellent instructions. A very good service from Wheelspin as always, if I have to be picky the recommended Hitec servo's splined shaft isn't compatible with the Tamiya supplied servo saver's. The Hitec has 24 splines and Tamiya's are 23 and 25?
This is a great kit Tamiya quality through out, really enjoyed the build apart from the fact that Wheelspin offer the Hitec servo and the supplied servo savers aren't compatable but I'm sure that Wheelspin will put that right!
