If i order an item in store if it says shadow stock will it come the next day

This item shows as "shadow stock: usually ships next working day".

So if you order before 10AM, it should dispatch the following working day for you.

Is this an equivalent but harder version of the FTX6335 FTX Carnage Pinion Gear 17t? What type of metal is this?

If you change to the FTX6393 you can run a wider range of 48DP pinions, so any brand will work.  Eg say U3419 is a hard alloy gear
