Is this the carb for Evo 10cc

I'd recommend you doulbe check the part number in your manual, but yes the 10cc manual does show EVOG08801 as the carburettor assembly.

Yes, this is listed as a spare for the EVOE10GX2 in the manual (manual is listed at http://www.evolutionengines.com/ProdInfo/Files/EVOE10GX2-Manual-EN.pdf )
