I am long sighted and wear glasses - could I use these goggles?

Glasses wearers have different results when using the goggles - it depends on your personal circumstances - some people find it OK, others not so!

Yes, it plugs into the transmitter and shows what is on the screen on the transmitter - so yes this includes OSD info.
