Are these a good make? Will they ballon?

They're a decent, but budget product -  as you can see from the price.

If you run a Ferrari, you wouldn''t put £50 tyres on it, so it's all in perspective.

If you're after something to handle extreme power with minimal balooning, take a look at say S40240EW16P
