Will this ESC be suitable to control a 12v starter motor (dynatron)?

Hmm, unlikely. For starters, this is input rated at max 9 cell NiMh or 3S LiPo (so around 11v), and output is 80A which is not likely to be high enough for a big starter motor.

No, there's no specific port for that.
Depending on the light kit you're looking at - most can be plugged into your receiver though.

These have XT60 connectors pre soldered on, or you can remove those and solder on whatever you prefer

Ideally you'd solder it directly to the motor but you could use say SCH-CR764
