How fast will this go and is this waterproof?

Top speed is around 30mph or so. The ESC is water resistant.

what is the charge/run time for this and is there a battery upgrade for it.

No battery is included, but with our starter package that includes an 1800mah battery and trickle charger - so around 10-15 mins runtime and 8 hour charge.

Our better combos include a fast charger, so charge time would be around 1 hour.  Runtime on a 3000mah battery would be around 20 mins, and around 30+ mins on a 5000mah battery.
