The rear engine, combined with an adjustable friction clutch and anti-skid OnRoad tyres, provides maximum traction and acceleration and protects the gearbox from overloading. The kick-up front axle absorbs the shock of jump landings and ramp approaches better because the suspension arms are design to "face backwards".
