I'm looking to add Traxxas temperature and voltage sensor to my Trx-4.
Is this everything I need - TRX6521, TRX6535, TRX6541X
or do I need TRX6549 instead of 6541X if I plan to install the Telemetry Expander and GPS module?

Yes that is correct - you can use TRX6521, TRX6535, and TRX6541x
