No, you want the FMS103PF version for the version with floats (note the F on the end of the part number).
Yes, this should work with pretty much any brand radio gear.

2200 3S packs are the go-to standard for most planes this size. You may be able to use something larger if you can squeeze it in, but the extra weight will affect flight characteristics.
For ease, I'd strongly recommend sticking with the 2200s - 10-15 minute flight time is generally plenty
