Now, Traxxas LED lighting is even more realistic with the new Pro Scale Advanced Lighting Control System. The Pro Scale system puts you in command of high- and low-beam headlights; turn signals; brake lights; reverse lights; and even hazard signals for the ultimate in scale off-roading.
PRO SCALE REALISM
All the lighting control of a full-scale truck is at your fingertips. Turn the headlights on and off, and select high or low beams. Signal for turns, with automatic cancellation. The brake lights glow when you slow or stop. Hit reverse, and backup lights glow automatically. The Pro Scale system makes it easy.
MULTIPLE DRIVING MODES
The Power Module puts you in control. In Daytime Mode, the headlights and taillights are off. As the sun sets, choose Low Mode to activate the tail lights and low-beam headlights. High Mode turns on the high beams for trail-blasting brightness. In all modes, the brake and reverse lights operate automatically.
TOTAL CUSTOMIZATION
Traxxas Link and the optional Wireless Module make it easy to configure your lights your way, right from your iOS or Android device. Switch individual lights on and off, assign lights to each mode setting, and add additional LED accessories to the Lighting Power Module with just a touch. You’re in control.

I thought it came with every thing you need yet no reveres light or bracket to mount the unit to the body? So i need to buy more or is it missing?

I believe it depends which model you have.
The TRX8083 installation kit includes some extra brackets etc - if you check the Traxxas site at https://traxxas.com/pro-scale-lighting-guide it gives a full guide on what you will need depending on your setup
