When fully charged how long do batteries last and how long to recharge

This would depend on what batteries and charger you purchased with the car, as it will not come with any straight from the box.

If I buy the pro package how long will the batteries last and how long to charge

On the packages the charger will take 1 hour per battery on the single charger package, or approx 1 hour for both on the dual charger option.
The batteries would then run for 15-20mins depending on how you drive the car.
