Orders are still operating normally - albeit with a bit of delay to some orders. Royal Mail especially, but also most of the couriers are creaking under the extra load at this unprecedented time - we ask you to please be patient!
DPD are faring better - but orders will need to be placed as early as possible in the day to be out the same day (ideally by around 11AM)
We are not able to "add" to orders at this time - please place a new order if you wish to add items.
Our Cannock retail store remains closed to the public until further notice to protect our employees. Collection is not possible.
If you are waiting on a Royal Mail parcel, then it will be delivered but will inevitably face a delay. If you have received your dispatch confirmation email then your package has left our warehouse and is in the hands of the postal service.
Please wait 10 working days after dispatch before contacting us to 'chase' a Royal Mail delivery.
I'm sorry to have to write this, but we will not tolerate abuse or threatening behaviour aimed at any of our employees. We are working all the hours we can to ship your (non-essential!) items to you as quickly as possible. Please do not take it out on our staff, and understand that we are all working as hard as we can during this very unusual time.
