Orders are still operating normally. Some product lines are still hard to source - be that as a result of the pandemic or global supply issues. We're trying our best to keep stocks up, and have never held more product in stock in our history but sadly some items do drop out of stock. If we have an estimated due date, we will show one. Sadly there's a lot going on in the world right now and deliveries may be delayed - this is outside of our control. We'd advise using the pre-order system rather than waiting for an item to show 'in stock' to avoid disappointment.
The store is now back open on a limited basis, albeit with some new measures in place.
A few things to note:
Please respect our decisions - we are here to help but will not tolerate any abuse or threatening behaviour (do we really need to say this..!)
If you are waiting on a Royal Mail parcel, then it will be delivered but will inevitably face a delay. If you have received your dispatch confirmation email then your package has left our warehouse and is in the hands of the postal service.
Please wait 10 working days after dispatch before contacting us to 'chase' a Royal Mail delivery.
We will not tolerate abuse or threatening behaviour aimed at any of our employees. We are working all the hours we can to ship your (non-essential!) items to you as quickly as possible. Please do not take it out on our staff, and understand that we are all working as hard as we can during this very unusual time.
If you have returned items, please leave 10 days for your return to be processed and do not contact us before this time.
Our phone lines are currently operating a heavily restrictred service due to staff shortages. You are welcome to message us through our website - but please have any required information to hand (eg Part Number, Order Number) so we may assist you as quickly as possible.
