Will this work on the hobao .21 turbo engine

That’s a 30 carb.

If you can let me know how old the model is, I can let you know what carb would work, as they changed the engines around 2015?

This may fit, but I wouldn't know for sure. I would stick with the original carb (changing carb won't make much difference to performance - if any - if your current one is working fine). The stock carb is PIC6444

The diameter of the base of the carb is approx14mm
