Hi can you tell me if this item will fit the hpi savage x 4.6. Also what material is it made from? Thank you

I believe these are steel - but at time of writing out of stock so can't be 100% sure.

These are for the bullet, so a little small for the Savage.

You'd be better looking at say HPI-101031
