Asked by Phil on 18th June 2020

They are backward compatible, so yes should still work with older non ID batteries

Hi, Are these the Gen1 connectors? I have the part number from Traxxas without the x. thanks
Asked by Fernando on 6th July 2020

These are ID (gen 2) connectors, but they should be backward compatible with gen 1 connectors.

The discription of part says male connector but the picture looks like female is that correct. Thanks.
Asked by Steve Chivers on 1st September 2020

I've checked and the image is correct. Traxxas call this a male

Are these the correct connectors to replace the connector on the actual battery? One of my leads has snapped.
Asked by Marc on 7th November 2021

No these would be for the ESC / Charger connection.

Hi Just bought a xmaxx from u I need a deans converter to the xmaxx connector do u have them for my batteries
Asked by Mike on 1st March 2022

We would advise changing the connector on the battery to match the traxxas  car using OL-3293    Deans connectors are a very low ampage rating and would build up heat and resistance
