Yes, it would fit the F5.9

Exhaust, you could look at say HPI-86138

Or you could look at a set such as 74018-IF242

We can't advise 100% as we don't know your specific engine, but this is a standard header which will fit pretty much all big block engines - so yes, quite likely to fit.
