These take the standard bearings, so TRX7019 and TRX7020

Yes these should help toughen up your suspension. Depending where your play is located, it may be in your steering links - so this wouldn't solve that, but you can adjust the pillow balls on these to remove unwanted slop

No, these items have their own pivot ball caps with them
