What charge rate can I charge tornado 7.2v 3300 on using a NX86 fast charger? 0.5 -5.0 Amp, many thanks

We'd charge a 3300mah NiMh at no more than 3.3Amps.

Can I just check as to whether a remote control is included with this set? Also I currently have a Grasshopper and I assume the battery packs are the same size?

Yes this model is pre assembled and includes radio gear. And yes, if they are standard stick packs (very very likely!) then yes - those should fit fine.
