Can this plane be flown with a 220mAh battery?

The recomended battery is a 3200mah 3S, however you could probably use 2200mah just with reduced flight times.

No - this plane is BNF (Bind N Fly) so already includes receiver, battery, charger. All you need is a Spektrum transmitter.

We'd recommend at least a DXe to set this up correctly with the SAFE system. Technically it would work on a DX4, but would provide limited control.
