Would this battery pack fit in a 'maverick strada Xt' And if so how long would the battery life last roughly
Asked by Scott on 23rd May 2017
Yes, this would fit fine in the brushed Strada XT. Runtime would be around 25-30 mins depending on driving style.

Hi Could you advise if this battery would fit Maverick ion MT and would the charger for original battery be ok to charge this battery. If that battery is not compatible could you point to compatible battery with similar capacity please. Many thanks in advance Best Regards Marcin
Asked by Marcin on 19th November 2017

No, this is far too large for the Ion range. It'll fit pretty much all 1:10 cars however.

For the Ion we'd look at the MV28103

What charge rate do you recommend when I charge this battery using the O-FS-NX86 charger? Regards Ralph
Asked by Ralph Arnold on 24th November 2017

We'd fast charge at 5 Amps

Answered by: Ben @ Wheelspin Models

what is the fastest charger for this battery. thanks
Asked by Camm on 8th August 2018

Something like O-FS-NX86 would be ideal and would charge this in just under 1 hour at 5 Amps.

We would not recommend charging any faster than 5 Amps.

would this battery be ok for the savage xl 5.9?
Asked by Amanda Llewellyn on 20th April 2019

No that won't fit.

For a receiver pack for the Savage you'd want to lok at OL-2620

Hi. Would this work ok with the Carnage? Would I be better getting a better charger too or would the one that comes with the Carnage do the job? What sort of drive time would this give in comparison to the 1800 mah?
Asked by Tom Hicks on 26th December 2019

Yes, this will work well in the Carnage and give good runtime.

It'll be around 2.5 times as long as the 1800mah

I have an old HPI Blitz. Has been unused for a couple of years and original battery packs have suffered. Is this battery a good choice and what would approx. run-time be?
Asked by Mike Murphy on 19th January 2020

Yes that should work fine in that. We'd expect runtimes of around 25+ minutes on this depending on your driving style.
