What size pinion(number of teeth) does this car come supplied with?

The manual shows the stock pinion as MV22699 which is 23 teeth

Can I run this straight off lipo 2c and a 3c without making any changes to the car..

We would reccomend sticking to 7.4v 2s lipo on this model.
