Can i run this brushless?

Sure, no reason why you couldn't upgrade the motor and ESC to brushless if you wish.

This is the kit version, so requires assembly and all electronics to complete.
You may be better looking at the Ready To Run (RTR) version AB-12205

What is the run time before you have to recharge the battery

That depends what battery you purchase. For comparison, a 3300mah battery would last around 15-20 minutes, and a 5000mah battery around 30 mins.

It mentions its a brushed kit. Im assuming my brushless motor and esc will fit?
