  • Q: My unit does not work.
  •          A: Try new batteries in the Wireless Remote. In some cases the batteries have arrived dead. If this is an issue in your unit, please try new batteries. If that solves the issue you can email our customer support and we will send you replacement batteries. 
  • Q:  Can I use this on my older Bulldog winch
  •          A: Yes you can. It will work with the older Bulldog winch and it will directly connect.

Hi. Can you please explain the 3S only with BEC remark for the z-s1092 as below. 2 and 3 cell Lipo Compatible (3S Only With BEC) Do I need a special adapter for my traxxas 3s battery to work the remote control winch? Thanks

Essentially these are 2S compatible. If you run from 3S, you need a BEC unit to reduce the voltage down.  

Easier is to simply use a small 2S LiPo soley for the winch such as OL-2561

Hello, I use 3s and already have a BEC for the steering servo would I need another BEC or could I use the existing BEC and somehow have it supplying both the steering and winch? Ideally I don’t want to use a separate battery just for the winch. Thank you ????

As long as the voltage on the existing BEC is set at 7.4v you would be able to use that one you have, just split the power output to servo and winch
