A couple of hours of your time is all that's required before you're off to the flying field with the dual recovery Flip Flyer. The rocket itself has a heli-blade recovery system while the nose cone is parachute recovery. There's hours of fun to be had with this rocket!

    What's Required?
    Launch sets are supplied without motors, igniters and wadding. You'll need the following to launch your rocket:
  • Recommended motor (see the Technical Data table)
  • Recovery Wadding (see D-ES2274)
  • 4 x AA batteries for the Launch Controller

    What are the packed (and also unpacked in case it won't fit) dimensions of this? We plan to put it in a suitcase, and are worried it might not fit.

    The box itself measures 33x 20x 10cm

    It would obviously come up a bit smaller if you opened up the box and packed the items in and around your luggage :-)
