HOBBYWING COMBO MAX10 ESC 3652SL 5400KV MOTOR
Built with high-quality components and coupled with cutting-edge firmware, the MAX10 is able to deliver unmatched power and performance for even the most extreme racing applications, but it is also responsive enough to protect itself from damage due to overloading due to physical abuse, overuse or even human error.
The MAX10 features an electronic switch with a lifespan of over 50000 on/off cycles, housed in a completely waterproof, dust-proof and shock-resistant design.
The waterproof and dust-proof design allows the MAX10 to be used in all weather conditions without any issue of damage caused to the ESC from water or dust.
The built-in switch mode BEC with a maximum output of 6A and voltage adjustable between 6V and 7.4V allows the use of various high voltage servos.
When pairing the MAX10 with a Hobbywing matching motor (i.e. EzRun 3652/3660 G2 motor), the temperature sensor cable on the ESC will monitor the motor temperature and protect the motor from irreversible damage due to overheating in real time.

Yes, that would fit the FTX Kanyon as it uses a standard 540 size motor.

Yes that would work well in a Bandit

These do not come with connectors

Not really much good for crawling - I'd look at the hobbywing AXE systems instead.
Answered by: Ben @ Wheelspin Models
Yes that should work OK in there.
These do not come with connectors but you can easily solder deans on
Answered by: Ben @ Wheelspin Models
It would fit and work well - but you'd want to make sure you have the U7236 transmission upgrade in the CAT XLS to run a high power motor like this
Answered by: Ben @ Wheelspin Models
In theory yes, however it's a high KV motor so would need to be a very light chassis and geared accordingly so as not to cook the motor/ESC
Answered by: Ben @ Wheelspin Models
Afraid we don't have these with deans pre-soldered
Answered by: Ben @ Wheelspin Models
I guess for drag racing you want the higher KV motors such as this.
Just keep an eye on temperatures and gear accordingly
Answered by: Ben @ Wheelspin Models
These do not have a connector fitted

Yes, this is the same ESC as HW38010203 just a different motor
Answered by: Ben @ Wheelspin Models
It would be yes, just stick to a 7.4 volt battery as a maximum.
Answered by: Anthony @ Wheelspin Models
Yes this would be great , just run this car on a 7.4v and not an 11.1v battery.
Answered by: Anthony @ Wheelspin Models
That will only run on 2s lipo and will get very hot i would look at this HW38010203
The main difference between the 3660 combos and the 3652 is the 3660 motors have 5mm shafts so you will not find a pinion gear to fit those and work in the carnage the 3652 have 3.17mm motor shafts aso all you pinions will fit on that.
Answered by: Steve W @ Wheelspin Models
Yes for off road use we would recommend a KV rating no higher that 3500 with that car.
Have a look at HW38010203
Answered by: Si @ Wheelspin Models
This would fit and work in that car, the ESC is on the larger size so you may need to get it positioned in a place to get the bodyshell on the car.
Answered by: Si @ Wheelspin Models
It would work fine but is not something that could be used for racing.
Answered by: Steve @ Wheelspin Models
Yes you will need this one HW38010200 and a pinion gear with a 5mm shaft like this one AR310425
