They are a 14mm hex , so should fit but have not tried this ourselves.

They should fit the hubs, but yes you'd need to trim the body

You'd want SC tyres on the Senton, eg AR550043 or AR550042

Yes they should be OK on rustler VXL. They are a bit bigger than stock - so you may need to drop your gearing, depending on your driving style.
