Will these fit a rustler vxl 4x4? Do I need anything else to make them fit due to being 12mm hex? Also do they come glued? Would quite like them not to so I can add tape. Cheers

These are pre glued.

Yes they are standard 12mm hex - should be fine on a Rustler 4x4

For rustler vxl 2wd, is it same for both front and rear?

No the rustler 2WD uses different offsets front and rear - probably best to stick to Traxxas/ProLine to ensure correct track width
