Will it fix in an rc enduro sandero and what is the avarege run time?

Yes, that would physically fit - it measures 105 x 24 x 33mm. However it is 3S (11.1v) so may be too high voltage, depends what electronics you are running.

Runtime would be dependent on your driving style, but this is quite low capacity - we'd say maybe 10-15 mins or so.
