XRay Xb2 Alu Chassis With Bent Sides - Swiss 7075 T6 (2.5mm)

Alu chassis made from custom-produced 2.5mm Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum. The special design with bent sides ensures that different areas of the chassis have the proper flex - either stiff or soft - to decrease the CG. The precision milling allows the chassis to be stiff enough to perform properly without risk of bending. New positions for servo to achieve best Ackermann position

CNC-machined from high-quality 2.5mm Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum, the chassis is lightweight without affecting strength or rigidity, and is additionally black coated at XRAY's own in-house fully-robotic coating line.

Weight distribution, chassis width & length, and proper flex have all been incorporated into the design of the chassis.
