The BAT-SAFE is a double-walled insulated steel box with a flame arrestor. Any battery within the specifications will not be a fire hazard if charged or stored inside the BAT-SAFE.
In case of a fire, the smoke and soot is also filtered by the flame arrestor.

Hi! How does the cable goes inside the box?

There is a rubber bung in the top of the box for the wires to pass through, be aware that you will need a long cabel to reach the bottom of this box.

Hi is this a good buy for storage of multiple lipo batteries of various Sizes 2,3,4 and 6s
I use a number of lipo bags but not confident they are safe. Thinking of this to store batteries in lipo bags inside and use for charging
Also is it lockable to stop young grandkids getting inside
