Would this fit on an Ftx vantage brushed?

NO, the motor would be to long and the shaft the wrong size for the pinion, you would be better looking at something like this HW38010203

Does this combo fit tamiya f104 pro 2

This would not fit that car, as the motor has a 5mm shaft so you would not get compatable pinion gears.

 

You could look at something like this  HW38020319  but would require soldering
