Asked by James Pacey on 26th July 2018

Yes, this is listed for the Blade CX2

Can you please tell my if your Part Number: EFLB8002SJ30 is the same as E-flite EFLB0990 2S 7.4v 800mAh (6 WH) 10C (8 amp) continuos discharge. They look and sound the same but mine says 10c and I think yours says 30c. Thanks
Asked by Richard Morris on 8th February 2019

EFLB0990 isn't listed (but could well be an older discontinued part). From a quick google, it looks like both are 2S 800mah batteries so yes, I'd imagine this should be fine.

Higher C rating will be fine - just give higher performance.

I have the 7.4v 30c battery and am using my old charger which seems to be the right power output etc. When I plug the battery in the charge initially comes then goes off. What do you think problem is?
Asked by Matt Gale on 7th April 2019

Without further info, it's impossible to say...

I'd suspect either faulty charger or low voltaged battery, but we'd need more info to diagnose. Why not pop it in or send over some photos of your charger?
