What do our stock levels mean?
In Stock: Item is in stock at one or more of our warehouses and is likely to be dispatched the same day if ordered before 4pm.
Shadow Stock: Item is in stock at our secondary warehouse and is likely to be dispatched within a few days - please see the specific item for more information. Note, shadow stock items will not usually be eligible for same day dispatch or collection instore. Please bear this in mind when choosing express delivery.
On Order: Item is usually held in stock at our main warehouse. We're currently out of stock, but more is already on it's way and should usually show as in stock within 1-24 hours. Occasionally our suppliers can also be out of stock, and items may take several weeks to arrive.
Special Order: Item is currently out of stock at our main warehouse. Items are usually in stock with our suppliers, so usually you will only experience an extra day or two lead time. Occasionally our suppliers can also be out of stock, and items may take several weeks to arrive.
Out Of Stock: Item is out of stock both within our warehouses and also our suppliers. Lead time on these items can take up to several weeks, although may arrive much sooner.
An expected date of arrival may be shown for out of stock items. This is the most accurate and up-to-date information we have at any one time, but cannot be guaranteed to be 100% accurate.
Please note that whilst we strive to make these indicators as accurate as possible and believe we have one of the most sophisticated stock control systems in the industry, they are provided as a guideline only and mistakes can occur.
